Loading ...Bravo will bring back its terrific interior design competition, Top Design when the second season premieres on Wednesday, September 3 at 10/9c. This season, Todd Oldham will be the mentor to the designers, instead of the host. I think this will be a great change, since he did such a good job of that last season.
